Our Story
The Wilbridge Group was established by Paul Clarke in 2015 as a property investment company with dedicated in-house estate management to manage and acquire further residential and commercial assets.
In 2018, Wilbridge started acquiring land to deliver high quality, energy efficient new homes. We are passionate about sustainability in the built environment and focus on maximising energy efficiency on all our sites, placing the same importance as on the quality and finishing.
Our expertise and passion allow us to adapt our commercial and residential property strategies to environmental changes as well as constantly evolving planning law and the demands of the next generation of homeowners and business owners.
