We are continually looking to acquire land and property suitable for investment and development.

We are always seeking new opportunities in both previously developed, Brownfield and Greenfield predominantly across London and the Home Counties.

Examples are surplus or redundant commercial buildings, mixed-use buildings, freeholds of larger apartment blocks, properties in substantial grounds, large gardens, building/scrap yards, warehouses, or open fields and vacant land adjacent to existing settlements.

We are also interested in sites that may require longer-term promotion and planning consent.

If successful, Wilbridge can significantly increase the land’s value. These opportunities are often larger parcels of land located near existing buildings
